Your NFC tag opens your shop, Instagram, menu, promo, reviews

Write a ReTag link into your NFC tags, whether keychains, displays or business cards, and decide later where they lead: your shop, a profile, a promo. Even after you've sold them, even on a thousand tags at once.

Frequently asked questions

Which NFC tags do I need?

Any NTAG213, 215 or 216 tag: they are the most common and cost a few cents.

Can I use the same link on many NFC tags?

Yes, that's the recommended way: one link per order or per customer, even on thousands of NFC tags.

What happens if I go over my monthly scans?

Your NFC tags keep working: we never block a redirect. We let you know by email and, if it happens often, you can move to a bigger plan.

Can I change plan whenever I like?

Yes. Moving up takes effect right away and you only pay the difference; moving down starts at the end of the period you've already paid for.

What does “customers with access” mean?

You invite a customer by email: in their own space they see only their links and, if you allow it, can change them. It's free for them, you pay the plan. Base includes 3 customers with access, Premium unlimited.

If I cancel, do my NFC tags stop working?

Not right away. They keep working until the end of the period you've paid for, then you have 14 more days to reactivate. After that the link included in the Free plan stays on (you choose which one); the others come back as soon as you return to a paid plan.

If I delete a link, can someone else reuse its address?

No. The address of a deleted link stays blocked forever, so an NFC tag you've already sold will never end up on someone else's page.

Can someone use ReTag to send people to dangerous sites?

When you create or edit a link we check its destination with Google Web Risk: if it leads to malware or phishing it isn't accepted. Every day we also recheck the links already live and review the ones flagged. And anyone can report abuse to us.

Are people who tap the NFC tag tracked?

No: for each scan we record when it happens and the approximate city and country. We don't store the IP address or the type of phone, we use no cookies, and nothing identifies the person tapping the tag.

Your next order of NFC tags can do more.
